Alec Umfleet is a singer-songwriter currently located in Southeast Missouri. He started playing guitar at age 14 inspired by artists such as: The Beatles, Bob Dylan, and Leonard Cohen. His music also draws from many literary influences, from the classic works of poets such as William Blake and Arthur Rimbaud, to the mid-century spirit of The Beat Generation.
He is currently working on an album of original songs which he plans to release this year. In the meantime, his single "Old Friend" is currently available on iTunes and Spotify.
